Official Relaunch Here We Come!

It is no secret that 2020 has been an unusually frustrating year for absolutely everyone. Had someone told us when we started this adventure in September of 2019 that the entire world was about to come to a screeching halt and wouldn’t start moving (at a sluggish pace but moving all the same) for a solid 9 months, we would have thought it was a new sci-fi movie plot. Unfortunately for us all, it has been one of the largest sci-fi productions ever and we all have a staring role (Yay, us!).

One does have to admit that, even as the plot twists and turns, there have been some good things to have come with this script. We, for one, have never spent so much time inside our home. We’ve lived in the same spot for 20 plus years and our neighbors thought the place was vacant for all of them but this last year. The pandemic definitely forced us to slow down, smell the rose and iris’ and lilies.

With our time, we tackled quite a bit of “wants” and even worked some “needs” in there too. Together we rebuilt a Jeep, adding another fun toy to our reasons to not being home. Then we broke down and did some overdue home updating and touch-ups. We followed that by tackling RV renovations, making our home away from home considerably more comfortable for extended trips and excursions. We also took the time to spend some much overdue time with family. In retrospect (and, yes, we understand we aren’t “over” it all just yet but we see a glimmer of light out there), 2020 has been a year of forced but needed time to regroup, refocus, and realign. Here at Travel Easy Decks, we really cannot complain about the 2020 script.

Another twist in our particular 2020 scene has been the unexpected delays in our product relaunch. However, through all the toil and tribulations, we are very excited (and relieved) to finally be able to announce the relaunch of our outdoor portable decking system, Travel Easy Decks.
